Share a timeline as a read-only link. The recipient doesn’t need an account.
Share a timeline
Section titled “Share a timeline”- Click Share at the top of the timeline. The Share analysis window opens.
- Turn on Public link.
- Under Included views, choose what the recipient sees: Timeline, Split, Key players and/or Network.
- Under Expires, choose never, 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Optionally turn on Password. Thea generates a password; copy it now, because it can’t be shown again later.
- Click Copy to copy the link. Send the link and the password separately.
What the recipient sees
Section titled “What the recipient sees”The views you chose, read-only, with a note that the timeline was made with AI. They can zoom, search, filter categories and open events, but not edit, export or see the source documents.
Stop sharing
Section titled “Stop sharing”Turn Public link off. The link stops working straight away. Turning it on again reuses the same link, without expiry date or password; set those again if you need them.
