Export

Take a timeline out of Thea as a report for the file, an image for a memo or brief, or data for other tools.

PDF report

1. Click Export at the top of the timeline (on a phone: in the actions menu).
2. Choose PDF Report and click Download PDF.

The report lists the events in date order (date, event, description, parties) with their category colours, a summary of the key players, and the exhibits.

Image of the timeline

In the Timeline tab:

1. Click Export and choose Timeline Image.
2. Optionally include the category legend or use the current zoom, and crop to the part you need.
3. Click Capture timeline and then Download image.

The image shows the timeline as on screen, including markers and ranges.

Data as JSON

In the Data tab, click Export JSON. See Data view.
