Exhibits
Exhibits are the numbered pieces of evidence in a case, such as productie 7. In Thea they are separate from the uploaded documents: you number and name them yourself and link them to events.
Add exhibits
Section titled “Add exhibits”Click Exhibits in the toolbar above the timeline (on a phone: in the actions menu). In Manage Exhibits, under Add New Exhibit, enter the Exhibit Number and Exhibit Title, optionally a description, and click Add Exhibit.
You can also add and edit exhibits in Data → Exhibits, which shows for each exhibit how many events it’s linked to.
Link an exhibit to an event
Section titled “Link an exhibit to an event”Open the event, click Edit, choose the exhibit under Add Exhibit and click Save. To unlink it, click the X next to it.
Edit or delete
Section titled “Edit or delete”In Manage Exhibits, click the pencil icon to edit an exhibit or the bin icon to delete it. Deleting removes the exhibit from all events.
In the export
Section titled “In the export”The PDF report includes a list of exhibits. See Export.
