Browse collections of leading judgments

A collection is a set of judgments on one topic, put together by a legal expert, often with a short note per judgment on why it matters. Collections are a quick way into an unfamiliar area of law.

Click Collections in the top bar. The overview has two parts:

  • Samengesteld door experts: featured collections, with the expert who made them and the number of judgments.
  • Alle collecties: every other collection, with its number of judgments.

Not signed in? The Feitlijn home page also shows the featured collections; click Bekijk collectie to open one.

The top of a collection shows its title, description, number of judgments and when it was last updated (Bijgewerkt). The section “Over de auteur” introduces the expert, with links to their profile.

Below that, each judgment has a card with the court, the ECLI, the parties or the name of a landmark case, and the expert’s note. Click a card to open the case summary.

To share a collection, click the share icon (Deel deze collectie) and copy the link, or share it by email or on LinkedIn.

A judgment’s case page also shows which collections it is part of.

To ask questions across several judgments from a collection, save them to a folder and use the folder’s chat. See Organise case law in folders.
