GEO
GEO is a free tool by Mino at geo.mino.law, for corporate and in-house lawyers working on international contracts. It does two things:
- Country briefs: for any country, what public sources say about enforcing an arbitral award, getting paid, EU sanctions, state intervention and recent events. Every fact links to the source it came from.
- Contract review: upload a draft contract, and GEO finds the countries in it and the role each one plays (buyer, supplier, guarantor, place of delivery, governing law, arbitration seat), checks those countries, and links each relevant fact to the clause it touches, with a question to raise before you sign.
GEO gives you sourced facts, not a risk score and not legal advice. The legal judgment stays with you.
GEO is a prototype, built for Mino’s workshop on geopolitical risk at the NAI corporate lawyers day on 1 October 2026 in Rotterdam. It stays online, free and without an account. Try it with the fictional sample contract first.
