Comparing both sides

When you compare both briefs, Garry puts the two argument maps side by side and works out how they meet.

The Comparison view shows your arguments and theirs in two columns, with lines between arguments that respond to each other. The colour of a line shows how closely they meet: a direct response, a partial overlap or only a tangential link. Click an argument to see its disputes with the other side.

Garry also works out, for each argument, whether the other side addressed it fully, partially or not at all, and whether a point is settled, disputed or has shifted between the briefs. It uses this for the gaps and hearing questions.
