Use Lucy from Claude or ChatGPT

Once your AI assistant is connected to Mino, you can work with Lucy from the chat: ask it to draw a chart from the documents in a matter, go through the open points, or make a client link. The assistant works on the same matters and charts you see in Lucy, under your own access.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude Code to Mino first: see Mino MCP for the steps, or open Settings in Mino and click Connected AI apps.

Reading your charts is always allowed. To let the assistant draw, edit or share charts, allow Lucy when you connect, or later under Permissions in Connected AI apps.

  • Draw a chart: “Draw the ownership structure for Project Mast from the documents in the matter.” The assistant asks you to confirm first, because a drawing costs AI processing on your account. It takes about a minute.
  • Show the chart: the assistant shows Lucy’s own drawing and a link that opens the chart in Lucy.
  • Check a line: “Where does the 60% of Deltamast Holding come from?” The assistant shows the document and passage behind it.
  • Settle the open points: where documents disagree, the assistant lists the values and you tell it which one is right. It can also sign off or reject a line, with your reason kept on record.
  • Look up companies in the KVK Handelsregister and link them to the chart.
  • Lay out the transaction: describe the steps of the deal, and the assistant adds them to the chart.
  • Share with your client: the assistant creates the read-only client link, optionally expiring after 7, 30 or 90 days. It shows the password once: send it to your client separately from the link.

Anything the assistant changes shows up in Lucy straight away, and you can check or undo it there.

  • Lucy can’t draw charts on a pseudonymised matter yet, from the assistant or in Lucy.
  • The assistant can’t export a PNG, verification pack or step deck. Do that in Lucy: see Share and export a chart.
