Share and export a chart
Send the chart to a client as a protected link, or export it for your file.
Share with your client
Section titled “Share with your client”- On the chart, click Share.
- Choose when the link expires: never, after 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Click Create link.
- Click Copy link and Copy password, and send them to your client separately. The password is shown once.
The client opens the link, enters the password and sees the chart and the transaction steps, read-only. They don’t need an account and don’t see your documents. They can download the chart as an image.
The dialog shows whether and when the link was opened. Reset password gives the link a new password; End link switches it off. A link always shows the version of the chart you shared it from.
Export
Section titled “Export”Under Export chart:
- PNG: the chart as an image.
- Verification pack: a PDF of the chart with the quote and your decision behind every box and line.
- Step deck: a PDF with one sheet per transaction step (only when the chart has steps).
