Manage your Mino account and plan

Click Settings in the top bar.

Profile

Your Full name is how colleagues see you on shared matters. Your email is how you log in; it can’t be changed here.

Two-step login is required for every Mino account: a code from your authenticator app each time you log in. You set it up the first time you log in.

Under Change password, choose a new password of at least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter and a special character.

Plan and billing

Current plan shows whether you’re on Free or Mino Pro, and how many days are left of a trial. A new account gets a 30-day Pro trial, without a card.

Free includes Feitlijn, blog articles and guides.
Mino Pro includes every agent and connecting AI apps.

Your own AI key

Optional. Run the agents on your firm’s own model account instead of Mino’s. Most people never need this.

Click Your own AI key.
Choose the provider: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or Mistral.
Paste the API key, and for Azure the endpoint.
Click Save and verify.

The key is stored encrypted and never shown again. A Claude Pro or Max subscription is not an API key.

What runs on your key: the agents’ writing and analysis. Reading scans, transcribing audio and search indexing stay on Mino’s. On a shared matter, the key of the person who starts the work is used.

Approvals and memory

If your account has Approvals and memory, choose whether Mino asks before it saves changes (Ask) or saves small, reversible changes itself (Automatic). Costly AI runs, deleting things and anything that leaves Mino always ask.

Delete your account

Click Delete account, type your email address to confirm, and click Delete my account. This can’t be undone.
